Cancellation Policy & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email or mail).

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, though this is not required.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer).

The refund will be processed without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever comes first.

3. Returning the Goods

You must return the goods immediately and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract to the following address:

The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the deadline expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. Condition of the Returned Goods

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

Goods that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer’s individual selection or specification is decisive for their manufacture, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs,

sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that their seal has been removed after delivery.

We do not offer direct exchanges of merchandise.
