Design Process
It all starts with a simple hand-drawn sketch. The next step is to turn that sketch into a digital model. We shape the vase piece by piece, just like in pottery—only not with our hands, but in a virtual space. This freedom allows for designs that would be nearly impossible to create using traditional manufacturing methods.

Materials & Sustainability
Thanks to PLA (polylactide), our vases are not only stylish but also a more conscious choice. This plastic is derived from renewable raw materials such as cornstarch and does not require petroleum. Under industrial conditions, PLA is compostable. To further conserve resources, we’ve optimized our design to combine minimal material use with maximum impact. In this way, we combine creative freedom with responsible use of resources.

Manufacturing Process
Once the material and design have been finalized, the actual creation of the vase begins. The material is heated to approximately 200 °C in a 3D printer until it reaches a malleable, viscous consistency. Through the precise movements of the print head, the material is applied layer by layer. As it is applied, it cools immediately and solidifies—and so, step by step, the vase takes shape, becoming a stable, richly detailed form.
A process in which a digital idea becomes a tangible reality.

Water Resistance
The PLA used is not designed for prolonged direct contact with water. Over time, moisture can penetrate the material and alter its properties.
That is why our vases are equipped with high-quality inserts: available in either glass or waterproof plastic (PET).

Quality Control
We are committed to the highest standards of print and surface quality. That is why every vase is carefully inspected after the manufacturing process and any imperfections are removed.
If any significant defects are found, the vase is systematically rejected. The material is recycled and reintroduced into the manufacturing process.
This is how we ensure that only products that meet our standards reach you - in perfect condition.
