Our website and online store are hosted by Hostinger.

The provider processes personal data in connection with providing the website infrastructure and the online store, as well as to ensure the security and stability of the website.

We have entered into appropriate contracts with data processors in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

12. Instagram

Our website contains a link to our Instagram profile.

Simply visiting our website does not result in any data being automatically transmitted to Instagram.

You will only be redirected to the Instagram platform once you actively click on the link. In doing so, personal data may be processed by Instagram.

Contract and billing data: 7 years in accordance with the Austrian Federal Tax Code (BAO)

Server log files: maximum of 14 days

Contact inquiries: until final resolution

14. Obligation to Provide Data

Providing personal data is required to conclude a contract.

Without this data, it is not possible to place an order in the online store.
