1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all orders placed through the “freiform” online store at www.frei-form.at. This offer is directed at consumers as defined by the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).

2. Conclusion of the Contract
The products displayed in the online store do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. The ordering process consists of the following steps:

Enter customer information
Select payment and shipping methods
Review the order
Submit the order by clicking the “Place Order” button
By submitting the order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is not concluded until:
a shipping confirmation is issued or
the goods are actually shipped
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in euros, inclusive of applicable sales tax, plus shipping costs. The following payment methods are available:

4. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the shipping address you provided. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 3–7 business days. Should there be any delays in delivery, you will be notified.
5. Shipping and Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the goods is not transferred to you until the goods are handed over to you or to an authorized recipient.
You are asked to inspect the goods upon receipt for any obvious damage caused during shipping and, if necessary, to report such damage to the delivery person. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
7. Warranty

8. Liability
The provider is liable exclusively for damages resulting from willful misconduct or gross negligence.Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, nor to claims arising from mandatory statutory provisions.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. Notify us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or mail).
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice in a timely manner.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs. The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever comes first. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

10. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for: custom-made products, personalized goods.
11. Online Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. With respect to consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not restrict any mandatory statutory provisions of the country in which the consumer has his or her habitual residence.
